  1. Thor #117: Odin’s still the worst. I think he even beats Professor X for being worstest. He doesn’t even stick to his guns about the Trial of the Gods decision. “Sorry Thor, but Loki won the trial so he’s not a liar, and he can’t be lying about cheating because he won the trial, so that’s that. I’ll be keeping Mjolnir now in the same room as my Sword-Of-Unusual-Size and this amazing blue box I found that I put the whole population of earth into that time. It’s larger on the inside.”

Giant-Man’s last gasp. Human Top’s costume was awful. Why the heck didn’t the Wasp shrink to get away from him? And in the last page, I thought I read this, but had to double-check. Hank says “I reduced down to insect size and simply climbed into the cavity of one of the ice hands.” So he *can* shrink? What the heck? I guess no one actually cared enough at this point about this storyline. Sad way to go out.

Hulk versus the Leader. Oh, plenty of weirdities in the story here. I’ll just say that Jack draws a really good Leader.

Daredevil vs Stiltman. I really don’t like or dislike Stiltman, he’s just another gimmick villain. But I did jokingly try to cajole some podcasters into recording an episode about him. (Jon and Maggie specifically.) I was feeling a little Mephisto-ish that day.

Geez, this love triangle! It’s so silly for Pepper to keep leading on Happy while also wanting to “fix” Tony. Oh, wait, this was Daredevil! Sorry, I also read Tales of Suspense just now and got confused. What was I saying? (re-reads previous sentence.) No, looks right!

Until next time, or until his glorious legacy inspires the awesome villainy of Lady Stilt-Man, make mine Make Ours Marvel.
