“Hey, the Avengers are busy, so if you could handle this, that’d be greeeaaaat.” (Said like Lumbergh from Office Space.)
But wait. Is Captain America too busy to help out his fellow Avengers? Doing what exactly? Watching Gilligan’s Island? Or “training” Rick Jones. Right, Cap took Rick under his wing, riiiiiight.
Question from Thor. Is Donald Blake’s cane just made of wood? Could it be busted or burned or waterlogged? Would that mess up Mjolnir? Or is the cane supposed to be indestructible, too? I can’t recall ever seeing that addressed.
You guys raise valid points how un-Cobra-ish the Cobra is. Walk-crawling? Distance weapons? Hard to grip costume? The squirming trick in this issue is much better.
“How can Thor defeat these two villains without his hammer?” I guess we’ll have to ask Daredevil in a few years, with his cane that’s not indestructible. (Gives Thor side eye.)
Hyde’s clothing made my head hurt. His jacket is reversible? So one side is a brown blazer, and the other is a green victorian … what? No. Just … no.
Until Hyde and Cobra fight Captain America wearing swimsuits, make mine Make Ours Marvel.
