  1. The X-Men #21: Where the heroes fight Dominos, but why? Did the pizza not arrive at the mansion in 30 minutes or less? Did they forget Angel’s buffalo wings? I just don’t get it… oh, DominUS. Ooooooh. Never mind.

Looking at the thumbnail of the cover on your website, it looks like the Hulk is attacking the X-Men. Gosh, that would have been a lot better than the story we got. “Dominus?” More like “Dumb-inus”, amirite!! Have I made this joke before?

Daredevil #17: I’m so intrigued by the “near miss” on Spidey learning Daredevil’s secret identity. I have the issue where DD figures out Spidey’s identity, but until the point DD came out to Spidey (yes, that’s intentional wording), I never saw any hint that Peter even had a suspicion who DD was. LEARNING! LOVE IT!

And I’m still convinced the Masked Marauder is actually the Master Planner. That whole Doc Ock thing was a fake-out. Yep. Yessiree. Uh-huh. (No, not really, but MM is just not interesting otherwise.)

Thor #129: Oh that wacky Hercules, what trouble will he get into next. Good thing his sidekick, Thor, is around to help bail him out. Really, this almost could be Herc’s comic. Maybe they were testing the waters to have a Herc solo series! And maybe on Earth-H, they did!

I have no idea who round-head woman is, and yeah, I’m intrigued.

But wait! Thor supposedly still have a secret identity, to protect Jane from his enemies, right? But he just goes to Jane’s apartment thru the front door? In daytime? *Table flip*

I don’t remember what happened in Tales of Asgard, but I *do* remember reading a book on Norse Mythology when I was in 7th grade from the school library. I never would have picked it up if not for Thor’s comics. No chance I’ll recall the author, but it was fascinating. Gave me an extra insight while reading Thor over the years.

Tales to Astonish #81: Sub-Mariner getting all hangry at Dorma. Sheesh, dude should eat a double cheeseburger or something. I mean, just imagine how many calories he burns per day to keep that six pack, and we never see him eat. Gotta take care of yourself, Namor.

Oh, that panel where Krang says “the color of your skin doesn’t change who you are”! I posted that to Twitter right away when I read it with the same sentiments as you guys! Because comics weren’t political back then!

Boomerang’s triumphant debut! Or not. It goes to show “first” is not always “best”. Thank goodness that costume disappeared. And baseballs? Sheesh. Hmm, that’s weird, thought that was a Hulk story. But I don’t have anything about the Hulk. Oh well, better luck next time, Green guy.

Until next time, or until the Hulk *does* fight the X-Men, but with different looks and names, make mine Make Ours Marvel.
